Sitio da Torre is an award-winning farm managed by Alvaro Antonio Pereira Coli who's family are 4th generation coffee producers going all the way back to the 1860's. The farm prides itself on producing high quality coffee due to their meticulous crop management and careful harvest processing. 

In your cup, you can expect a creamy and velvety body with tasting notes of caramel and chocolate. 

Brazilian - Sitio da Torre

In your cup you can expect a smooth body with tasting notes of chocolate, caramel and stone fruit. 

This is a really versatile, good all rounder. 

Colombian - Cundinamarca Viani

We welcome this excellent offering from Peru to the Roastery!

This Peruvian El Gallito coffee is a fantastic all rounder and suitable for all brew methods. In your cup, you can expect a smooth and creamy body with hints of caramel, baked apple and peach.  

Grown at high altitudes in the San Ignacio district of Peru, this micro lot has been specially developed by the farmers to produce a high scoring, fruit forward, elegant coffee that can be produced year upon year. 

The coffee has been aptly named after the El Gallito de las Rocas, translated to the cock-of-the-rock bird which can be found flying over the higher altitude coffee producing areas and is also widely regarded as the national bird of Peru.

Peru - El Gallito

A lovely balanced coffee grown in the rich volcanic soils of the South Central region of Guatemala. The climate, high altitude and rich soil allow the beans to mature slowly, giving the beans a concentrated flavour. 

In your cup, you can expect a smooth body and delicate acidity with hints of chocolate, raspberry, cherry and lime.

This coffee makes a great espresso! 

Guatemala - Dos de Julio

A lovely Brazilian coffee which has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Processing method.  This is a 100% chemical free process in which the green coffee beans are rinsed until 99.9% of the caffeine has been removed without compromising on taste.

In your cup, you can expect a smooth and creamy coffee with hints of chocolate, caramel and nut.

Brazil - Cerrado Swiss Water Decaffeinated

A lovely new offering here at Flat Cap! 

A wonderful all rounder which we particularly enjoy as a pour over or cafetiere. In your cup, you can expect an extremely pleasant coffee with delicately balanced flavours that has hints of floral, sweet fruits and chocolate notes. 

Mexican - Cuafenteno's Floral Fruity

Here at Flat Cap, we are delighted to offer this Tanzanian Yetu Tamu coffee which means 'our coffee is sweet'. This outstanding coffee is grown at a high altitude in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.  

A great all rounder suiting all brew methods, in your cup you can expect a smooth coffee with light acidity and hints of grape, lime and raspberry.

In your cup you can expect a nicely balanced, sweet and creamy coffee with hints of chocolate, caramel and orange to give a delicate acidity. 

Honduras - Liquidambar

This lovely Sumatran is one of our darker roasted coffees. You can expect deeper flavoured coffee with sweet, spicy and herby notes that are characteristic of the coffees grown in this region and go well with Espresso based brewing method

Sumatra - Mandheling 1

Our newest Costa Rican addition, a high scoring natural processed coffee. We like this best using the pour over or cafetiere method. 

In your cup, you can expect a syrupy and super sweet coffee with hints of red fruits and flavours in the form of hibiscus, cherry and plum making this a juicy, rounded brew.

Costa Rica - Tirra Estate

We are delighted to offer this lovely coffee from Rwanda! 

In your cup you can expect notes of blackcurrant, lemon, and anise, wrapped in a syrupy, caramel coffee with great body and sweetness.

Rwanda - Kinini Kinigazi

A lovely Colombian coffee which has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Processing method.  This is a 100% chemical free process in which the green coffee beans are soaked and rinsed with pure water in small batches until 99.9% of the caffeine has been removed. 

In your cup, you can expect a sweet coffee with soft lemon and apple acidity, over creamy chocolate and caramel. 

Colombia - Excelso Swiss Water Decaffeinated

A wonderful all rounder which we particularly enjoy as a pour over or cafetiere. In your cup, you can expect an extremely pleasant coffee with delicately balanced flavours that has hints of floral, sweet fruits and chocolate and nutty notes. 

Mexican - Terruno Nayarit

A lovely balanced coffee from the western highlands of Guatemala, grown on the hills of the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America.  

In your cup, you can expect a smooth body with sweet fruity notes, all balanced well with a milk chocolate creaminess.
