This is the second of two small single varietal microlots which jumped out to us.  

The first was the Tabi from Nelson Fabio Cordoba we had in June which sold very fast.

This coffee from Fabian Acevedo is a Pink Bourbon.

Fabian Acevedo has a background in quality control and is laser-focussed on producing high quality lots.  Whilst having traditional Colombian notes of chocolate and caramel, there’s a pleasant sweetness to this coffee which makes it a little different.

This coffee works well black and also with milk.
