This coffee really is something special. It’s got all of the classic Ethiopian flavours but without too much in the way of floral notes so still works great on espresso and with milk. Incredibly versatile. Probably not as versatile as Dr Steve Gadd though. Simon & Garfunkel, Steely Dan, James Taylor, Harry Chapin, Eric Clapton, Kate Bush, Joe Cocker, Grover Washington Jr., Chick Corea etc. Now that’s real versatility! Did you know the drum solo on Aja was a first take? Imagine that. Preferably while drinking this.
