Story: This is the fresh 2020 crop of an amazing natural processed gesha produced by the superstar of coffee producers Graciano Cruz. This gesha has grown at 2000msl under the shade of bamboo trees in a unique micro-climate getting wind and rain from both the Atlantic and the Pacific Ocean, slowly maturing on the side of the Baru volcano outside Boquete, Panama.

After harvest the coffee goes straight to the processing station located at 1800 meters above sea level.

I remember how while we were climbing up the mountain, Graciano was always full of anecdotes about how the farm and the coffee has developed since they started the growing coffee there in 1992. ⠀

This gesha is one of @graciano.cruz latest marvels. As usual, he is at the forefront of exploring new techniques and has been able to unlock a hugely exciting world of flavors in this coffee.
