A coffee close to our hearts, we're beyond happy to welcome back Guayacan from Peru. As a first time purchase last year, we were so impressed by its structure, syrupy complexity and full flavour profile that it almost instantly placed itself on our must-have list. As part of the Cooperative de Servicios Multiples Aprocassi, the combined lots are named after the spectacular Guayacan tree, found generously dotted along the landscape and coffee plantations of Cajamarca. With 400 members spanning across Jaen and San Ignacio, this year's coffee is the combined lot of 5 producers from in and around San Ignacio. Just in time to warm us up for the festive season, Guayacan is all about the texture.
