September 2020 was a devastating month for Oregonians. In the blink of an eye, over 20 fires destroyed 1 million acres of our beloved Oregon forests and flattened thousands of Oregonians’ homes.

Built on a strong platform of washed Colombia coffee, comprising half of this blend, Wildfire Relief blend’s primary notes are sweet with flavors of molasses, graham cracker, and brown sugar. The Colombian coffee is flanked on either side by washed coffees from Rwanda/Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea/Timor Leste, each taking 25% of the remaining portion of the blend. These two coffees compliment the Colombian coffee’s sweetness with notes of stewed cranberry and black tea while polishing and cleaning the cup. The blend creates a medium syrupy bodied cup reminiscent of warm honey.

Sisters Coffee Company began in 1989 when owners Winfield and Joy Durham converted an old cabin in Sisters, Oregon, into a retail and wholesale coffee roasting business. The business has since expanded to a much larger cabin and roastery in Sisters, a coffeehouse in Portland, and over 200 wholesale accounts in the Oregon area.
