Juan comes from a long line of coffee producers, he had his first farm in 1982. Unfortunately that farm was abandoned due to issues with pests and the low price of the c-market. In 2013 Juan & his son purchased a farm off his brother, three years later they produced their first lot of speciality grade coffee! Mark & Ryan had originally planned to visit Honduras this year, but had the trip canceled due to Covid. The shipment was organised through Benjamin Paz, a friend of Seven Seeds and an extremely important member of the Honduras coffee community.
