Coffee Roasting 
We have been roasting coffee for over a decade, and been behind some of the most exciting brands in the industry. With a full lab, a roasting capacity of 10 tonnes a week, and a team of people who do this for passion, we are able to provide some of the best specialty coffee beans from around the world direct to your hopper for a fiercely competitive price.

into jobs in the coffee industry. As Coffee Roasters, we have access to 
a wide network of employers who are always looking for good staff. 

We believe that hiring someone highly trained by us who will be more 
grateful and proud of their job than other applicants is a valuable 
asset to any business.

Training
Providing 1:1 Mentoring over 36 weeks, we offer a barista course like 
no other. We believe that our learners can’t just enter at the bottom 
rung, but have to be equipped with skills to overcome the 
prejudice they’ll experience. 

We also provide a mentoring program built in partnership with our charity partner, Ellingham Employment Services, who receive 100% of the 
profits generated by our coffee roasting.
