While apple picking may be reserved for the fall, our light roast coffee – Jose Francisco, with notes of applesauce and cherries – is the right brew year-round to help you reminisce of your favorite fall activities. This coffee is very popular amongst pour-over brewers.

Jose Francisco and his wife, Emma, have a small farm in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. Their coffee plants are mixed in among their cilantro, carrots and other vegetables at the farm.

Due to this elevation, his coffee takes longer to mature creating a special flavor and making it worth the wait.
