Red Honey is another honey process from the Las Lajas Micromill, where the coffee is raked regularly throughout the day but not quite as regularly as Yellow Honey, resulting in a cup that has similarities to a natural processed coffee.

Roasted for Filter -This means we roasted this coffee to be brewed on any filter brewing device from French Press, Aeropress to Pour Over and batch brewers. For filter roasts we aim to keep the fruity acidity and clarity of the coffee, giving you the full range of flavours accessible in each bean, enabling you to alter brewing method to highlight your desired flavours. If you use espresso roasted coffee on these brewers you will lose sweetness and acidity and may taste some potentially dull and bitter flavours.
