A lightly roasted coffee from Colombia with blood orange & guava notes up front moving through a chocolatey body to finish on macadamia nut vibes. We love this as a V60 at the roastery, giving a muted sweet acidity paired with the nutty body we’ve come to look for in Colombian coffees. The Tolima works well across all brew platforms though if using as a home espresso try shortening the brew ration for a tighter, more fruity shot to get the most from it.
