We're always delighted to have a new coffee from Colombia and this newly arrived ORGANIC MICROLOT, is a truly astounding.

Leider Rubio is the head producer on this 32-hectare farm, working with his brother and family. Their meticulous attention to detail means high quality control in the sourcing the "green bean", which is so important for a coffee roaster and, of course, for you drinking the coffee in your chosen brewing method.


Beautifully balanced, with nougat, chocolate and orange notes, this bean is a great all-rounder. Colombian coffee is such a versatile full-bodied coffee that it works perfectly in most brewing methods, yet still retains incredible florality.

From humble beginnings with a mobile coffee van, Rin crowdfunded his W15 Giesen Coffee Roaster and moved began roasting incredible Arabica coffee. In 2017 Rinaldo's moved to a new build, complete with espresso bar, training centre and retail space.
