On quite a heavy and bitter side, with lots of nutty flavour. Brewed v60 with 15g coffee and a cup (250ml) water, feels a bit too heavy. Don’t want to think it’s bad, I’m just a fan of sourness to its maximum.

Russian coffees spoiled your taste palate. UK roasters are more to the bitter and roastier side

@em indeed, I feel like it. The world can’t be the same after trying the Golden Java :) Do you know the reason for such difference in tastes? Is it more about the habits of people in different countries?
