Overall sweet
Straight in as one of my Favourite Coffee's after only 1 brew. Lovely plum and berry notes. Nice sweetness and a beautiful light body and acidity.
Brewed in Kalita Wave 185 / 1:16 / 95c water / 50 redclix on Comandante
Highly recommended Coffee from a great roaster.
