Alongside our Sweeter things offering we took this stunner of a coffee. It jumped out on our cupping table during anonymous selections and had all of our staff guessing towards origins such as Rwanda or Kenya. Full of pink fruit, (think strawberry and peaches) and a complex acidity with an almost thick and juicy body we couldn’t let this one pass by.


Grown around the same area as the sweeter things, using the same varietals of coffee tree and the same processing, the big differences in taste come strictly from the slower maturation of the coffee cherry at the colder and higher altitudes giving us a complex mix of citric and phosphoric acids to lift the coffee into another class.
