A sensationally complex and exciting Colombian espresso, grown by Jose Ramone Collazos and Maria del Rosario.
Bright and fresh notes of raspberry and lemon are present in the very first sip of Buenos Aires Espresso. The citrus acidity is also lemon-like and there’s a light sweetness of refined sugar. All of these fantastic flavours are unified by a sticky-coating mouthfeel, which then fades away into a rich cocoa aftertaste. This is a really exceptional coffee that will perform equally well as both an espresso and a cappuccino.

ABOUT THE FARMERS
Jose and Maria have completely transformed Buenos Aires Farm in Colombia.
When José and Maria bought Buenos Aires in 1989, the space was barren. Over 29 years they have built a home and lodging for seasonal workers. José says: “Coffee connects us to our local community through employment and trade, and now thanks to Pact, it connects us to new friends across the world who drink our coffee.”
