Sweet and juicy, I really enjoyed this brew. The blackberry notes mentioned in the flavour profile were definitely noticeable.
Using the April brewer and a kalita filter, with 13g medium/coarse to 200ml, the total brew time was around 2 mins 40sec.

That would be great - cool product from a great roaster. Perhaps they could have some guest Coffee's to accompany it.
