Hulia Caracol is a regional blend produced by multiple farmers across the Hulia municipality of Colombia and is brought to us by Osito importers. Jose Losada, a former producer and quality analyst, works as the director for operations for Osito. Through his connections in the area he has sampled, cupped and blended this lot to bring the best from the region and has allowed smaller farmers to showcase their coffees.

Thanks to the variety of harvests used, this coffee delivers a complex cup. Hulia Caracol has a surprisingly heavy body for a washed coffee and combining the body with the pleasant lemon notes this coffee delivers we can't help but imagine we're in Rome sipping on limoncello. With a floral chamomile flavor and a distinct winey tartness, this coffee is perfect for both filter and a fruitier espresso.
