Grown by Gonzalo Cifuentes of Finca El Bosque de Libano, this coffee was hand picked and sorted followed by wet fermentation for 50 hours. Afterwards it was pulped, washed and left to dry on raised beds. 

Gonzalo became FTO certified and went fully organic in 2016, he regularly enters his coffees into regional competitions, achieving second place. 

We selected this coffee for its rich chocolatey flavour and gentle acidity, the perfect morning French Press or espresso.
