These days there is an important phenomenon going on: a growing interest to source and consume high-quality coffee, considered more and more as an artisanal high quality foodstuff, similarly to the wine, rather than a simple quality commodity.In this context our company offers definitely a unique combination: we are part of the great Italian tradition of coffee roasting, but at the same time we fully embrace this growing trend. We established our company with the clear goal of recovered the old artisan roasting practices. We roast only highly selected coffees, in small batches using a fully manual process. We believe our coffee is therefore one of the best currently available on the Italian coffee landscape.
