Roast Profile	We roasted this coffee with espresso and milk based coffees in mind. With a roast length of 11 minutes and a finishing temperature of 211°C, we aimed to highlight the creamy texture and juicy stone fruit flavours this coffee possessed.

Cup Profile: Full of citrus and stone fruit flavours, this is a typical washed coffee from Sidama.

The Kantite washing station was been built in 2005 and receives cherries from more than 5000 smallholders producers who live in the surrounding areas. The station is managed by the teams from Daye Bensa - Kantite is one of the 16 washing stations run by the company in Sidamo.
