We present the product of the Worka cooperative for the first time. The cooperative operates the washing station Halo Fafate in Ethiopia's  Yirgacheffe region  . The station serves 900 small-scale farms in the surrounding area. In these micro farms, which can be called gardens, the villagers carry out organic farming with old methods for their own consumption and for the purpose of contributing to the family budget  . The 'coffee cherries', which are transported to the washing station by the farmers right after the harvest, are  dried in African style ' raised  'drying beds ' after the washing / fermentation process  , then separated into clusters (lots) of 150 sacks.   

Ethiopia's heirloom coffees acquire an extraordinary character and strong fruity character when fermented by direct drying without washing  . Washed Ethiopian beans fascinate us with their seductive floral aromas, their slightly smoky structure that resembles tea, and their velvety acidity. Here, the Worka bean in your hand provides you with an extremely characterful coffee experience that falls into this second group.
