I tried to like this coffee but couldn’t. My first mouthful was “ugh” this is harsh, and after cup number two (on a different day) I thought I could detect some flavour notes in the aftertaste, but this wasn’t a coffee for me to savour. Maybe it’d work better as an espresso-based drink with milk.
13g, 200ml, April brewer, Kalita filter
EDIT * 12g yielded a slight improvement but this bean/roast is still not to my taste
