Our Mókuska No 3 is an Arabica blend of different varieties from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia. It is characterized by a high basic sweetness, is very creamy, with a medium body, a chocolate note and clear berry notes in the finish.

In the fifth year the time had come and we (unfortunately) had to switch from our very popular house mix Mókuska No. 2 say goodbye. But as Hermann Hesse already wrote: "There is a magic inherent in every beginning." We hope that this also applies to a new beginning and we find our new house mix just magical!

The Mókuska No. 3 is a pure Arabica blend, which is a little more fruity and modern than its predecessor. In return, we went to great lengths to select the coffee and bought most of the green coffee directly and / or exclusively for us.

We have united three coffee countries that are very dear to us in terms of taste: With the dry processed Catuaí of the Fazenda Pedra Bonita (part of the Fazendas Dutra) we have achieved a great basic sweetness. This is reinforced somewhat by the Castillo Colombia portion of Finca Capilla de Rosario, from Colombia, which is exclusively prepared for us in a semi-dry state, which also adds an amazing chocolate note and creaminess.

As the icing on the cake, we have added a dry heirloom, from Ethiopia, from the Hambela washing station. Everyone knows by now that the squirrel has a weakness for dry Ethiopian coffees. The fine citric acid and the complex aroma of dark red berries rounds off this blend and makes our hearts beat faster with joy. In addition, this green coffee is part of our direct import from 2020.

The Mókuska No. 3 is a medium-strength roasted espresso, with a pleasant balance of acidity and sweetness, very creamy, medium body, with a chocolate note and a full berry finish on the finish. A great example of how sweet, complex and delicious an espresso (even without sugar!) Can taste.
