This is our our fourth year buying from farmer Nahun Fernandez. His Catuai cultivar is always a favorite with its sweet-tart-like acidity.

This coffee is part of our collaboration with Honduras’ Beneficio San Vicente, a well-known dry mill and central “hub”
which connects roasters directly with farmers. BSV is run by
the Paz family, who support and represent a network of farmers that have become synonymous with specialty coffee in
Honduras. We’ll showcase several lots from the late harvest
over the coming season
Nahun Fernandez’s family has been producing coffee for over 40 years in the town of Las Flores, Santa Barbara.
Nahun got involved in specialty coffee in 2011.
