The Maven is a washed-process coffee marked by its lush mouth feel, fruity sweetness, and complex acidity. Its current iteration is made up of various small producers located in Huila, Palestina, and San Augustin. As this lot is comprised of a few varietals it offers a round and well balanced profile and is a perfect candidate for The Maven.

Full bodied and sweet this lot was chosen to be a perfect pairing for milk based with the ability to stand on its own as a black coffee.  Importantly it  retains the characteristics of the regions in which it was produced.
