This was just what I expect from an Ethiopian Coffee. Clean, bright and full of zing.
The mango notes were there straight from the bag.
Brewed using the origami dripper and Cafec cone filters at 1:15 ratio. 20grms to 300 at 96c
Lovely citrus notes from this Coffee, a really balanced acidity and a crisp clean mouth feel 😉
