The Las Delicias Pacamara (a hybrid of the native Salvadorian Pacas Bourbon & the giant Maragogype varietal) is grown by Miguel Menendez in the
Atiquizaya mountains, at the highest point of his farm, bringing out amazing acidity and sweetness due to of the slow growth of the  fruit.
