Brightness in Coffee - Rare and bright coffees that truly express their place of origin.

In accordance with the seasons we will be sourcing, roasting and brewing the most aromatic and rarest coffees out there. With this end in mind, we focus on quality and sustainability. With a clear vision on how to reveal the innate qualities of each coffee - and to showcase the different varietals and terroir - we roast small batches by hand. We roast gently and lightly and with an utmost respect for the raw material. We also share a belief that coffee is not about absolutes, but a world of undreamt possibilities.
