Very fragrant natural coffee from one of our favorite regions - Irgashev. Very large body, rich aromas and strong fruit acidity. You will find notes of strawberry, chocolate and flowers. Very interesting coffee that will appeal to coffee lovers from Ethiopia.

There are about 600 growers in the region, served by the Beriti station, many of whom own less than 1 hectare of agricultural land, on which they usually grow other crops such as bananas and corn. The station was founded in 2000 and uses both natural and wet processes. Natural coffees are dried on African beds, which takes about 9-12 days depending on the strength of the sun and temperature.
