The microlot from the production of Ipanema Coffees, which we offer you, grew at an altitude of approximately 1100 m above sea level in the mountainous region of Serra da Mantiqueira. There is one of the Ipanema Coffees farms in the region called Rio Verde. The coffee is of the Red Acaia variety and has been processed by the washed method. It brings a pleasant fruit profile to the cup, in which apricots, raspberries and plums appear. Almonds and honey sweets are also present. Coffee usable for both filter and espresso.
