Brazil Samambaia is a coffee with a delicate, tea-like but sticky mouthfeel.

The dry aroma of cookies and cashews are intensely felt . However, after brewing, we get the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity , which is rare in coffees from this region.

Due to its nature, it will work in various methods of alternative coffee brewing, bringing out the flavor of biscuits, toffee and milk chocolate with a perfectly complementary taste, medium acidity of red apples.

Henrique Dias Cambraia , owner and grower of Samambaia Farm , attributes his success to many factors.
