These origins are some of the finest growing regions of the world, including Brazil, Colombia, Costa-Rica, Kenya, Papua New Guinea, Panama, Ethiopia, India, Cuba and Indonesia. Every one of these countries has numerous types and qualities of beans available. The Genovese family personally selects the beans using strict selection criteria that are applied to each and every batch of coffee that arrives into our warehouse.The blend has evolved to satisfy the Australian market’s desire to drink “milky” coffees. The important thing in this evolution though, was that the family identified the need to maintain an emphasis on good espresso (short black), whilst also producing a coffee that doesn’t lose its body, strength, and sweetness when milk is added. In all, Super Brazil is a blend that makes a great coffee regardless of the style.It is full bodied, rich and complex with a myriad of sweet notes such as caramel, chocolate, and nuts.
