This coffee comes with the Dumerso Coffee mill in the Gedeo Zone in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The natural process consists of sorting out the ripest coffee cherries and drying them for 4-6 weeks on a raised bed in the sun, creating natural fermentation within the sugars of the cherry. This process combined with the Yirgacheffe region beans creates a floral aromatic and big blueberry flavor note in the coffee with a pronounced sweetness.

This Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee is grown in the Mantiqueira region of Brazil which has excellent growing conditions for high quality coffees. Fazenda Monte Verde is a highly awarded farm and this coffee has the perfect profile for the Classic Jo.

Sourced through our importing partners at List & Beisler, this coffee is grown in a mountainous region of Guatemala in clay-rich soil. The resulting coffee is extremely balanced with a floral nose, and a naturally sweet, lightly fruit flavor profile. The balance and flavors create the perfect profile for the SOB Espresso, perfectly suited for both the light roasted and darker roasted portions of the blend.

SOB Espresso

Roots #1 Farmers Association is a cooperative of about 1,590 smallholder producers from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. These coffees are fermented dry for about 26-36 hours depending on temperature and washed using channels after the fermentation is done. The resulting cup is sweet with a fruit acidity, lemongrass aroma, a tea-like body, and a smooth lingering finish.
