Our Costa Rica has changed to a new farm and a new lot. This time the coffee comes from the co-op Naranjo, which contains 2,000 members. They have been offering micro lot programmes since 2006. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,540 m.a.s.l. and is mixed varieties in a natural process. At the Coop, the Micro lots are dried on African beds.  It takes 10 to 12 days to dry the honeys and 18 for the naturals. The cup profile to expect is stewed fruits, dark chocolate and berry jam, with a creamy body and sweet finish.
