Marisol Ñañez grew up in a coffee environment throughout her childhood. La Correa Farm was founded on a small plot of land by her father, who, however, managed to expand by purchasing smaller surrounding plots of land. Today, caturra and bourbon varieties are grown on the 11-hectare farm, but other specialties can be found here. As a young and very proactive farmer, Marisol has focused on monitoring the process of prolonged fermentation and likes to find the recipe that suits each of the coffees best. With its great and non-traditional taste, this coffee has earned a place in our discovery edition.

Thanks to the process of prolonged fermentation, this coffee is very fruity with hints of orange, but also pleasantly sweet and delicate. The overall taste is very balanced and is best enjoyed on filtered preparations.
