I am an absolute coffee addict and I always do my research and visit the best cafes/roasteries in each town. I have only discovered Darkwoods when I visited Sass cafe in Marsden and asked what coffee beans they use, as it was one of the best flat whites I had in my life (and I've tried coffee all over the world, lived in Brazil for a year, also in Vietnam, and been all over America, surprisingly in Brazil in vietnam they have coffee beans but they're bad at roasting them....). I have IBS so my stomach is very sensitive to acidity and this coffee just blew my mind! I felt no discomfort, no bloating after drinking it, I felt great! Since that day I've only been buying Darkwoods cofee. My fav so far is Crow Tree, but also love Driftswood, Deer Hill and Good morning sunshine. Tried their Decaf recently and it tastes a bit weird, so maybe won't buy it again, but all the other coffees are just incredible!
