Maria comes from a very well-known coffee-growing family in Palestina. The family has been working with coffee for generations, but they made the necessary changes to start producing speciality coffee early on and for this reason, work with various processes - always trying to get the best out of every lot of coffee. This Pink Bourbon Honey lot was fermented for 18 hours and dried on covered African beds.
