Beneficial coffee for an entire industry ...

The Tabi is the result of a program conducted since 2017 by the Exporter InConexus and the Coprocafe association in Garzon, in the Huila region. The Huila region is known to produce some of the best coffees in Colombia, especially due to its high altitudes, the multitude and diversity of coffee farms. The objective is to combine the richness of this terroir with the fruity flavors typical of the Tabi variety, its sweet aromas and its dense body. Through this project, producers are trained on all aspects of production, from planting to post-harvest practices. The first results were presented in February 2018, and since then the aim has been to improve the quality of coffee every year with the intention of making production sustainable.
