"Los Campos" Farm and Micro-mill is a local project created by the Ramirez Navarro family. The 9-hectare farm is located in the Tarrazú region of Cartago, 1700 masl agriculture, he dedicated 30 years to coffee production.In 2015, the Ramirez family decided to process the coffee directly on their farm, with the vision of offering their customers more quality and traceability for their coffee. 

Since our first visit back in 2017, have seen and tasted how their coffee and farm has evolved. This coffee batch is a great example of their hard work and how they have been able to improve how the coffee is fermented and dried. The improvements can be felt in the cup with notes of strawberry milkshake, cinnamon and a little citrus.

Here you can drop by and taste our freshly brewed coffee, while reading todays newspaper, studying or just relaxing. The coffee shop is our lab, where we explore the coffee and its many options.

Here, we will serve a variety of coffee - not only to meet the needs of our guest, but also to introduce new brewing methods and inspire with different types of coffee. We will keep the concept simple - ‘just coffee’, with a small supplement of sweets.
