This years harvest of El Dorado has plenty of bright red fruits, low acidity and a chocolate finish. Its the perfect smooth espresso that also pairs beautifully with milk.

The farm is situated in the south west of Minas Gerais, blessed with its excellent micro-climate having a high altitude surrounded by lakes. El Dorado is the lead farm for the local Cooperative Cocapil. 

Organic fertilisers are used mainly on the farm and are used to keep the plants’ nutrition properly balanced. The objective is to preserve the microbial life of the soil and maintain its fertility. 

To ensure you receive the freshest beans possible, we roast to order. Roasting usually takes place on Wednesdays, therefore your order will be dispatched within a week.

Their roasting style intends to highlight and preserve the intricate flavour characteristics of every farm we purchase beans from, showcasing the unique flavour profiles from origin.

After working in the coffee industry for many years, from Australia to Amsterdam, the team behind Common Greens are convinced they can do coffee better. They think it is time to put the dedicated coffee farmers back into the lime light, as they believe their hard work is undervalued and more often than not, grossly under-compensated for.
