In a bold move away from previous years of production, this season processing on the farm of Jose Lino Mendoza Vasquez has been entirely natural. Focusing exclusively on the productive Catuai cultivar, the results from his three hectare farm have been superb.

With a developing infrastructure and higher premiums received by producers for individual lots, the increase in quality from the Huabal region in recent years is considerable, and we are thrilled to have secured this wonderful example from the origin.
