Yellow Blend Coffee from Brazil
is 100% Arabica coffee, the beans of which come from Brazil, more specifically from the tropical Cerrado ecoregion, south-west part of the state of Minas Gerais.

Yellow Blend is a unique flavor that starts with a low but pleasant citrus acidity to develop on the palate a high sweetness with a hint of marzipan, ending with a delicate chocolate nut bitterness. The coffee feels full, very well-balanced.

The fresh green grain in our roaster is a harvest from 2019. We burn the beans in the medium degree.  Coffee is roasted very sustainably. The firing process does not suppress its natural aroma. 

The caffeine content can be described as average. Crema , i.e. the foam that is produced in the process of brewing espresso beans, is cognac in color.

Cerrado region, known for its homogeneous climate and altitude. The land covers an impressive area of ​​approximately 1,400,000 hectares where coffee beans are grown. About 3,600 coffee producers operate here permanently - most of them are associated in large cooperatives. Individual coffee plantations vary in size. We can find farms of 100 hectares, as well as those with an area of ​​up to 3,000 hectares.

The average temperature during the year is around 20 degrees Celsius. The annual sum of rainfall remains at the level of 1600 mm and this amount of rain falls unchanged from December to March. The altitude of the terrain here ranges from 900 to 1,250 meters above sea level.

Predictable climatic conditions favor coffee producers. They can focus on quality and production without worrying about the weather. In addition, the high technological advancement of farmers from the Cerrado region allows for precise control over crops and accurate determination of the harvest time. They are held from May to September. Grains are subject to a natural process of machining and . Coffee cherries are dried in full sun for several days, until their flesh is soft and brittle enough to separate itself from the grain. Thanks to this treatment, the coffee that is brewed from beans obtained in this way will have a high body , high sweetness and low acidity .

It works well as a coffee with traditional espresso, americano or milk coffee.
