Coffee Journey Red Blend coffee beans from Colombia is a  100% Arabica coffee , the beans of which come from the northern part of Colombia -  Antioquia.

Red Blend  is an incredible taste. It starts with a low, pleasant cherry acidity to develop on the palate into a high sweetness with a hint of caramel and cherry, ending with a delicate chocolate bitterness. Coffee is perceived as full and very well-balanced.

The fresh green grain in our roaster is a  harvest from 2019. We roast Colombian coffee  in a medium,  sustainable manner. This does not suppress its natural aroma.

The caffeine content in coffee can be described as  average.

Crema , i.e. the foam that is produced in the process of brewing the beans for espresso, is mahogany in color.

Coffee in Colombia is grown at an average  temperature  of around 19 degrees Celsius throughout the year . The annual average rainfall is 140 mm. The altitude of the land varies from 1,200 to 2,000 meters above sea level.

The grains are wet processed.   Coffee cherries ferment in water for several dozen hours, until their flesh is so soft and brittle that it separates itself from the grain. Such processing makes the coffee brewed from the beans obtained in this way have greater purity and more pleasant acidity.

Perfect for brewing at home as well as in restaurants, cafes and offices .

Perfect as a coffee for traditional espresso or milk coffee. Coffee from Colombia is delicious when prepared in an automatic coffee machine at home. 🙂
