Peru is one of the countries we are most excited to discover due to its rich ecological diversity; It is a natural paradise stretching from the Andes to the high plateaus, from the Amazon rainforest to the Pacific Ocean. One of the most valuable plants that grow in such fertile soils is coffee.

Walter Guiterrez Fernandez, the producer of this coffee, is a young and passionate producer. When he set up his farm in a grassy field in 2012, the people around him told him that he could not grow coffee in this area at all, which made Walter and his family very enthusiastic about coffee farming. Walter is a producer that does not compromise on quality, attaches importance to organic agriculture, respects nature by using only organic fertilizers that it produces. Walter, which makes production by ensuring that the soil is always moist in its 3-hectare field under the shade of timber trees, only collects ripe coffee fruits by hand, fermenting the seeds for 72 hours, washing and drying them in a controlled manner. The Fernandez family produces the finest organic coffees of Peru with their love for coffee and nature.

El Remanzo creates a feeling of marzipan sugar on both the scent and palate, and offers a pleasant experience thanks to its high body and sweetness. The acidity of this coffee is reminiscent of the citric and malic acidity of fruits such as oranges and cherries, adding vitality to your cup and offering a multi-layered and balanced taste profile.
