THE FARMER
The parents of the Enciso family have both grown up in traditionally Colombian coffee growing families. With their son, they have their own coffee farms now called Lusitania, La Isla and Villa Sofia. Here, we first bought their coffee in 2018.

The Coffee Collective is a specialty coffee micro roastery with four coffee shops in Copenhagen and a web shop for our international community. We explore and unfold exceptional coffee experiences, in a manner that gives better living conditions to coffee farmers across the globe. In our coffee shops, we aim to set new standards for coffee brewing and serving, and to keep exploring potentials in coffee all the way from seed to cup. We supply a growing number of wholesale partners ranging from independent coffee shops to Michelin-star restaurants with fresh roasted, seasonal and transparently traded coffee.
