Overall sweet
Really surprised by this Robusta / Arabia espresso blend of Indian Coffee. I expected a really bitter cup but it was well balanced, sweet and smooth.
I brewed a slightly bigger shot with the flair pro 2. 20grms in 40 out ground at 20 redclix on the Comandante which is slightly coarser than I normally grind.
Another Coffee learning experience 😊

The Flair espresso is great. I have the flair pro 2 and pulled some lovely shots. Hand espresso is definitely a choice as it's more faff than having a machine. That said you get much more versatility for the price. It does take practice though.
