We’ve not had Indonesia for a long time. Often associated with the big chains, due to its full bodied flavour, this is a beautifully balanced coffee which we medium/light roast.

Flores boasts breathtaking scenery, spectacular volcanoes, hot springs, clear blue skies and pristine beaches with black, white or even pink sand.

Bajawa is the hometown of the Da’Gabo family. Located in the Ngada District, on the slopes of Volcano Irenie, Bakawa offers very fertile soils to its population. In addition to coffee, rice, maize and coconut are the main crops of the island.

Founded by about 200 coffee farmers - primarily from the Da’Gabo family; Aurelia Da’Gabo is a coffee farmer association based in Bakawa, Flores. Their focus: producing speciality coffee sustainably to ensure the future of the farmers.
