Roaster notes: "This is the Willy Wonka of coffees, starting with a burst of fruity blackberry pie, and a mouth lingering velvet chocolate finish.  There is a touch of red grape gentle acidity, clean with depth and medium body.  We don't think this wonderful coffee will be around for long".

This micro lot is one of the higher scoring and most distinctive Banka day lots. Micro-lots are named after members of the team at Banka washing station and their families – Za La is named after a farm worker at Banka washing station.

The Banka washing station is based in Menglian Dai, Lahu and Va Autonomous County, Yunnan and is named after the two adjacent villageswhere the coffee cherry is harvested.
