Roaster notes: "This coffee reminds me of my childhood in Colombia, this coffee has a sugarcane sweetness, medium body with a juicy plum and cherry Jam fruitiness.  This coffee works for everything whether you want a full bodied coffee for your stove top or espresso machine or a deicious cafetiere / french press.  For those of you who like a slightly richer filter this coffee is for you".

This coffee is grown by Maria Rinco on Los Sauces farm in Bilbao, Tolima 

20 years ago Maria started her journey in coffee production, following her father around the farm. But 12 years ago, was when she really began to take the lead and over the years she decided to focus more on quality and sustainability. This delicious organic lot is many years in the making!
